Submission
Entries are accepted online only. Artwork images must be digital files only: 300 dpi, image 8” high, .jpg, the image file labeled with artist’s name, last name first and artwork title. After reading the Call for Entries in full, go to:
entry is complete and submitted, you will receive an emailed confirmation.
You will have an opportunity on your entry to submit a one-sentence statement about your painting that may be used for an “In the Artist’s Statement”
Fee
free submisiion,
Althoug any accepted artworks will be charge:
IDR.200.000 per/ painting .
Sale of Works
Artwork may be offered for auction. An email address will be published which prospective buyers may contact to inquire about a specific piece. IDSBA will forward inquiries directly to the artist to follow up. Sales will be between the artist and the buyer. Artists agree to give IDSBA 15% of sales resulting from the Small Works exhibition to IDSBA as commission.
Sale of Works
Your submitted images may be used in promotional, educational or interpretive materials, either in print or electronic media, before, during and after the exhibition. With appropriate funding, a catalog will be prepared using the images you provide for jurors.
